Signing Up and Verifying Your Email

You can now log in to your Kustom360.cloud account after verifying your registration.

How to Log In

Web App

After verifying your email address, click Login.  You may also go directly to https://app.kustom360.cloud, input your email and password.

Mobile App

​

Android:

Search and download the Kustom360.cloud app from Google Play Store or click on the link in the email containing your Kustom360.cloud account details.

iOS:

Click on the iOS app download link in the email containing your Kustom360.cloud account details.  The link will redirect you to the Kustom360.cloud app page in Apple App Store. Kustom360.cloud is an unlisted app which means that it does not display in the search results and can only be downloaded through the direct link.

After installing, launch the app and input your email and password. 

If this is your first time to log in to Kustom360.cloud, or if you are logging in using a new device or using Incognito mode on your browser, you will be prompted to enter a verification code after entering your username and password. 

The system will automatically send the verification code to your email address registered with Kustom360.cloud.  Check the Spam folder if you do not receive the verification code in the Inbox.  Input the verification code and click Enter.  The verification code expires after 5 minutes.  Click Resend to generate a new code.
 

After successfully logging in, select the Company account that you want to use.

Header Menu

​

The header contains the Profile section, Support link, notification area, and your company name.
 

Profile Section
Click on the dropdown arrow beside your name to edit your profile, change password, switch company account, or log out.

Note: Password change will apply to all if you have multiple companies.

Support
Click on the question mark icon to access the Kustom360.cloud Help Center. Browse through or search the Knowledge Base for articles on using Kustom360.cloud or submit a Support Ticket to get help. For questions about using the app, we recommend searching the Knowledge Base first to get information faster and then submit a ticket if you can't find what you are looking for or encounter a problem with the app.

Notification Area
A red dot will appear when you have new notifications.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Sidebar Menu

​

Home - Contains the dashboard and quick view of Users and Accounts status

Reports - Click on the dropdown to access the different reports available on Kustom360.cloud. The default is Attendance Report.

Announcements - Create announcements for all your users or selected groups and individuals

Schedules - Assign account visits to mobile users

Forms - Create and customize the forms to be used by mobile users

Accounts - Add, edit, delete and view accounts and their corresponding branches

Users - Add, edit, delete and view your company's users

Products - Optional module if your company has products that you would like to include in forms. The module can be enabled or disabled in the Settings page.
 

• Product Information - Details about each product (Brand, product name, category, UOM)

• Categories - Product classifications (ex. Ice Cream, Cheeses, Frozen Meats)

• Brands - Brand names of your products

• UOM - Units of measurement (ex. pack, box, bottle)

• Price Zones - Set product prices based on specific areas

Settings - Edit settings for Route Tracking, Clock In/Out, Geofencing, Calendar and Modules. View your subscription details. Get API keys and view the API documentation.

 

Settings

 

Use the Settings page to configure the web and mobile app.  Go to the appropriate tabs for each setting.

Route Tracking
The route tracking feature of the mobile app is enabled by default.  You may opt to turn this off for privacy concerns or if you do not need the feature. Click on the toggle to turn off Route Tracking.

Geofencing
You may enable the Geofencing feature if you want to require the mobile user to check in and check out only within a designated perimeter range from the location of their assigned account visit.

 

Click on the toggle to turn on Geofencing.  When this is turned on, users will still be able to check in even when they are outside of the range that you set.  They will be prompted to input a reason for being out of range.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You may also opt to prevent checking in and checking out when users are out of range.  Then check in/check out button will not be visible in the mobile app when the user is outside the range that you set.  Click on the toggle to enable this.

Calendar

​The legal holidays of your company's country (selected during registration) are already defined by default.  You may edit or add new holidays if needed.  Note that the holidays apply to all users in your account.

Modules

Clock In and Clock Out

Deploy Kustom360.cloud to Users

​

Your Kustom360.cloud account is ready for use by other users once you have completed setting it up.  All users added in your account will receive an email containing their log in credentials and instructions on how to access the web app and download the mobile app for iOS and Android.
 

The web app is at https://app.kustom360.cloud. Only users with web access permissions will be able to access it.

Home Page

The Home Page contains a quick view of Users Status and Visits Status.

Users Status

This lets you monitor attendance by showing the users clocked in, not yet clocked in, and clocked out.
